Overseas, in the UAE, industry experts are forecasting a solid amount of economic growth where the automotive market is concerned. While that makes us excited, Tom Dolan's Reno Kia is most enthused to hear that our favorite automaker is projecting its own sales to be even higher.

How so? Well, Amei Ramesh, General Manager at Al Mjid Motors Co., explains, "The UAE car industry is expected to register 7-10 per cent increase in sales next year, but Kia is expected to see around 13-15 per cent growth."1

The key to success, as you might guess, is found in the brand's dedication to innovation. Lately, that arrived in the form of the 2013 Kia Quoris. Debuted for the first time in the UAE just recently, the upscale Kia sedan is the epitome of an evolving, progressive auto.

For the UAE market, the Quoris runs off a 286 horsepower, 3.8-liter "MPI" V6 engine with a rear-wheel-drive platform and 8-speed automatic transmission with electronically-adjustable suspension. New features range from an electronic gear-shift knob and haptic-feedback steering wheel controls to ventilated seats and surround-view cameras.

Though you won't find the Quoris amongst our new Kia inventory here in Reno or anywhere in the United States, we've heard word that the model might be making a migration our way in some form or another. To that end, be sure to keep an eye on our dynamic blog and stay up to date on the latest brand information.
