We have been keeping a close eye on the development and impending release of the new rear-wheel drive sedan from our brand, and the time is near to welcome it into our new inventory of new Kia cars.
The new 2015 K900 is unlike any Kia we have ever seen, and it marks an entry into a new segment for the brand. With all the recent success for the South Korean automaker it isn't surprising to see them producing a more luxurious sedan with a higher price tag, and from the looks of the K900 the success is sure to continue.
At the LA Auto Show a week ago we got the first in depth glance at this vehicle, and the model was complete with luxury and all the advanced technology we have come to expect from Kia. With numerous exclusive packages, the K900 can be tailored to everyone's needs and price level, whether you want more power under the hood or more amenities inside.
The VIP seating package adds some comfort to the back seats, giving them the ability to recline and be cooled and heated. Furthering the VIP package, with the V8 version a 12.3-inch color display joins the instrument panel, boosting the standard 9.2-inch HD screen. Navigation and the UVO system join the party, as well as a slew of safety features, completing the overall picture of a well-stocked luxury sedan.
Under the hood you can see the influence from Kia's sister brand Hyundai, as the platform and engines are similar to that of the Equus and Genesis, but tuned in a more unique manner.
